About Choen
The word "Choen" comes from playing the meaning of the word FIRE and WOOD in Thai language, with the concept of traditional and raw cooking from the experience and passion in live-fire cooking of our chef. Choen was born as a restaurant that does not focus on the type of food that must be a particular type & style, but rather focuses on methodology.

We believe that just as fire ignites and transforms, we are born with potential, grow through experiences like wood smoking, mature into glowing embers, and pass on our wisdom like cinders reigniting the fire.
Our open kitchen allows guests to witness the captivating dance between fire and ingredients, engaging their senses and creating a truly immersive dining experience that nourishes both body and soul.

Chef Mew is a chef who has experience in many famous restaurants in the country for over 10 years. With a taste and passion in cooking style that emphasizes simplicity, rawness, and therefore became Choen Restaurant that focuses on Live-Fire Cooking with fire and wood according to his intention and goal that wants the food culture scene in Thailand to have a more diversity.
